Girard Winemaker Dinner at the Carneros Cellar

Join us as we open the doors at our Carneros cellar in the Sonoma Valley! Girard Winemaker Glenn Hugo will host our 2nd annual Winemaker Dinner catered by Carpe Diem, one of Napa Valley's trendsetting eateries. They'll be serving up appetizers to kick start the evening, followed by a sit-down, 5-course meal paired alongside a nice selection of bottled and barreled Girard wines

Burrata, Butternut Squash & Crispy Sage Crostini
Dungeness Crab Louie Salad with bitter mixed greens, shaved fennel, chopped pistachios, and creamy blood orange vinaigrette served with a shot of caramelized root vegetable soup
Braised Lamb Shank topped with pomegranate gastrique, Bellwether Farms sheep's milk cheese polenta, and roasted seasonal vegetable
